A Scientific and Research MoU between University of Sistan and Baluchestan and Afghanistan National Horticultural Development Organization (ANHDO)  was signed on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2018 
In this regard the USB chancellor, Dr. Alireza Bandani stated that USB has very recently signed MoUs with Quetta U., Pakistan Science Foundation, Kabul U., Burhan

Aldin U., and also Afghanistan Talent Organization, to increase regional cooperation and thus we hope to cooperate with AN 
Mr. Najib Allah Enayat, the Head of ANHDO mentioned then that ANHDO is a non-governmental organization with a competent team of expert trying to develop horticulture in Afghanistan 
He added that fortunately the people of the region have commonalities and fortunately both have the common goal of developing scientific and research activities, creating jobs, enrichment of the region, and creating stability and peace and we hope to continue the cooperation 
Both parties agreed upon extending research activities in the fields of photochemistry, chemical decomposition of plants, herbal medicine, and organic productions through which the aforementioned MoU was signed
